The discovery call is an opportunity for us to connect and get to know each other better. During this call, we'll discuss your goals, challenges, and aspirations in more detail. I'll ask insightful questions to gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs and how I can best support you on your journey.
The purpose of the discovery call is to determine if there's a good fit for working together and to set the foundation for our coaching relationship.
STEP 3 get started
With the discovery call complete, the next step is to get started on your coaching journey. This involves choosing your pricing plan and filling in the coaching agreement and other necessary forms.
This process ensures that we're both on the same page and have a clear understanding of the terms and expectations of our coaching relationship. It also allows us to formalize our commitment to working together towards achieving your goals.
STEP 4 Mindful & ENGAGING sessions
Our coaching sessions are designed to be mindful and engaging, tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences. You'll have the opportunity to choose which modality you would like to make use of, or you can let me tailor your sessions using a holistic approach that integrates Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Breathwork, Meditation, and various therapy modalities.
These sessions are a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, and to uncover insights and perspectives that empower you to take action and make positive changes in your life.
